Specialised Pipeline Repairs
PPT offers a range of specialised repair technologies and products to repair and rehabilitate internal and external corrosion in a cost-effective manner. PPT staff have received training overseas and are certified to install the following systems:
Hydratite Seal – used for internal repair of leaking seals or internal corrosion
Hydrawrap – this is a high strength carbon fibre composite repair system, for both internal and external corrosion that provides structural integrity
Permawrap Composite Sleeves – this product is used to repair external corrosion and has a number of advantages over traditional composite sleeves
Epoxy Sleeve Repairs – this proprietary technology is used to repair severe external corrosion and dents and was originally developed by British Gas
