  Based in Cincinnati, USA, HydraTech LLC provide a range of pipeline repair and rehabilitation products. The HydraTite Sealing System consists of seals that are custom made for each project. Seals provide a low cost option for the repair of leaking or corroded joints. The HydraTite Sealing System acts as an internal joint seal, but can also be transformed into an interlocking sleeve system, custom designed to fit any length of pipe. HydraTite Seals are custom manufactured to the internal diameter of any pipe, 16” (406 mm) diameter or larger, and are approved for use in potable water systems.
The HydraWrap System utilises carbon fibres and high strength epoxy resins to restore existing piping, tanks and vessels that require structural enhancement. Exterior applications of HydraWrap provide a rapid economic solution for piping or structures, by extending service life and reducing maintenance without removal from service. Products are available in standard kits, or they can be custom designed to meet specific project requirements, as well as being applied internally, in larger diameter pipelines. Special systems are also available for high temperature and chemical resistance applications. |

| The WrapMaster Company is an FRP (fibre-reinforced polymer) manufacturing company based in Longview, Texas. The company offers the PermaWrapTM, WeldWrapTM and Plug-n-WrapTM range of products. The PermaWrapTM Composite Sleeve uses a superior laminate construction, with proven materials, to form a high tensile-strength rigid, “magnetically detectable” fibreglass wrap for the PERMANENT structural reinforcement of “blunt” external defects to piping with up to 80% wall loss. |
| The Plug-n-WrapTM is a leak repair system that cures in 30 minutes for low-pressure applications (up to 450 psi). The system is comprised of a flexible fibreglass mesh material impregnated with water activated polyurethane resin and an epoxy putty plug. The tape will react with the humidity in the air, resulting in a rigid case-like monolithic sheath. The system is non-toxic and acceptable for potable water pipelines. It can be used for pipelines, plants, Municipal Water lines, natural gas distribution pipelines and oil and gas gathering lines. |
